These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EQfluency mobile application ("App") provided by Impostor Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EQfluency, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EQfluency is a music companion app that reads your Apple Music library to provide artist news, concert information, release tracking, and cross-platform music link sharing. The App requires an iOS device running iOS 16.0 or later.

3. User Accounts

EQfluency does not require account registration. Your preferences and data are stored locally on your device. Optional features may connect to third-party services (Apple Music, YouTube Music) using their respective authentication flows.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

EQfluency offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple's standard terms. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App
Share your subscription access with others

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Music, Ticketmaster, Setlist.fm, Last.fm, Wikipedia, YouTube, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Impostor Software LLC. Artist names, album artwork, and music content belong to their respective rights holders. The App displays this content under fair use for informational purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of concert dates, news articles, setlists, or other information sourced from third-party services. Always verify event details before making plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impostor Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
